1. Platform Services
ZainCare operates as a digital facilitator connecting users to independent, fully licensed clinical partners, diagnostic laboratories, and nurse providers in the UAE.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Content on ZainCare is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician.
3. Bookings, Payments, & Cancellations
Bookings are subject to clinicians availability. Cancellation made less than 2 hours before the scheduled collection window may incur a booking fee. Refunds are handled via bank transfers or cards.
4. Patient Responsibility
Patients must provide accurate clinical history, contact details, and follow required pre-test guidelines (e.g. fasting). ZainCare is not liable for delayed results due to incorrect information.
UAE Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local courts of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be settled exclusively by Dubai courts.
