All patient profile data, diagnostic bookings, and medical questionnaires are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 standards.
Strict Clinical Access Controls
Only the vetted clinicians assigned to your treatment or laboratory technicians processing your samples are granted access to your diagnostics records.
No Third-Party Sharing
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data. Details are only shared with accredited partner diagnostic laboratories to execute requested diagnostic tests.
Medical Records Policy
In line with UAE federal data protection requirements, medical diagnostics logs and laboratory results must be securely archived for a minimum statutory duration. You retain the right to view your records, lock account access, or request a complete history export.
